Non-waterproof honeycomb activated carbon

Honeycomb activated carbon is an environmentally friendly type of activated carbon, made from coal-based and wood-based carbon powders as raw materials. It is formed by extrusion through honeycomb molds, dried, and then activated at high temperatures. It effectively reduces odors and pollutants and is mainly divided into two types: waterproof and standard.

Hongsen waterproof honeycomb activated carbon has higher strength, a wider range of applications in exhaust gas adsorption, is less prone to breaking, collapsing, or spontaneous combustion, has an ignition point above 400°C, and does not dissolve in water.

Hongsen honeycomb activated carbon features a regular appearance, high permeability, low resistance, high iodine value, strong adsorption capacity, long service life, extended replacement cycles, and easy replacement. Each cubic meter can adsorb up to 120 kilograms of exhaust gas, and it can be desorbed, regenerated, and reused.

Honeycomb activated carbon effectively reduces odors and pollutants, meeting exhaust emission standards. It is widely used in industrial exhaust treatment, catalytic combustion, VOCs treatment, paint booth odor removal, and other adsorption purification fields.
